Hiring: Software Development (.NET) – Senior & Associate

We are currently hiring experienced professionals for the position of Software Development (.NET) – Senior & Associate Level. This is an exciting opportunity for talented .NET developers who are passionate about building scalable, high-performance applications and working with modern technologies in a collaborative environment.

📍 Location: Mumbai / Bangalore / Trivandrum (Hybrid Model)
🧑‍💻 Experience Required: 4–9 Years

We are looking for skilled developers who have strong hands-on experience in the Microsoft technology stack and are comfortable working on enterprise-grade applications. Candidates should be confident in designing, developing, testing, and deploying robust backend systems while following best practices in coding and architecture.

Role Overview

As a .NET Developer (Senior or Associate), you will be responsible for developing and maintaining scalable applications using modern .NET technologies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, architects, QA engineers, and DevOps professionals to deliver high-quality solutions.

The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of backend development, API design, microservices-based architecture, and containerization. You should be comfortable working in agile environments and contributing to technical discussions and architectural decisions.

Mandatory Technical Skills

✔ Strong hands-on experience with .NET Core / .NET 5+ / C#
✔ Experience building and maintaining ASP.NET Core Web APIs
✔ Solid understanding of Microservices Architecture
✔ Practical, hands-on experience with Docker
✔ Experience writing and maintaining Unit Tests using frameworks such as xUnit, NUnit, or MSTest

Candidates must demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, clean coding practices, and the ability to build efficient and secure APIs.

Good-to-Have Skills

While not mandatory, the following skills will be considered an added advantage:

• Experience with Kubernetes for container orchestration

• Cloud platform exposure such as Azure or GCP

• Messaging systems like Kafka or RabbitMQ

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services

• Build RESTful APIs using ASP.NET Core

• Implement microservices-based solutions

• Containerize applications using Docker

• Write unit tests to ensure code quality and reliability

• Participate in code reviews and maintain coding standards

• Work closely with DevOps teams for deployment and automation

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
