About the Role
Moody’s is looking for a passionate and driven Associate Software Engineer to join our Application Development team. This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates who want to work on innovative applications that improve business processes through automation and Microsoft technologies. You’ll be at the heart of transforming internal operations, learning alongside experts, and growing your skills across various tech stacks.
What You’ll Do
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and build automated solutions that streamline and enhance internal processes.
Develop and implement scalable, reusable, and maintainable software components using Microsoft tech stack (C#, .NET, WPF, WCF).
Participate actively in requirement gathering, system design, documentation, and technical decision-making.
Work on all layers of the application including UI development, backend services, and database interaction.
Write clean, testable code and contribute to unit testing and peer reviews.
Support deployment activities and assist in resolving bugs and performance bottlenecks.
Contribute to innovation initiatives and continuously improve existing solutions.
Who Can Apply
Recent graduates with a BE in Computer Science/IT or MCA.
Strong foundation in programming and a keen interest in application development.
Exposure or hands-on practice in C#.NET, WPF, WCF, AWS is a plus.
Excellent analytical thinking, creativity, and a collaborative mindset.
Comfortable with multitasking, eager to learn, and flexible with shift schedules.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of Python and tools like Power BI is an added advantage.
Experience (academic or internship) with both desktop and web application development.
Familiarity with database systems and basic administration tasks is helpful.
