As a Software Engineer at NatWest Group, you will:
Collaborate within feature teams to develop, test, and deploy robust software solutions.

Own the entire software lifecycle, from design and development to maintenance and retirement.
Actively contribute to process improvements and engineering excellence.
Coordinate with architects, analysts, and engineers to align solutions with business goals.
Support DevOps initiatives and uphold Agile principles throughout delivery cycles.
🛠️ Required Skills & Expertise
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
Proven experience in software engineering, architecture, and design.
Hands-on knowledge of multiple programming languages or low-code platforms.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps toolsets.
Experience working with development and testing tools, version control, bug tracking systems, and wikis.
Expertise in designing systems with focus on performance, scalability, and security.
Strong analytical thinking and ability to solve complex technical problems.
Passion for best practices, including CI/CD, automation, virtualization, and performance optimization.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualifications: BE/BTech/ME/MTech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
Professional Experience: Prior hands-on experience in a software development role is essential.
Strong coding foundation and willingness to work across cross-functional teams.
