🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Ensure runtime availability and reliability of key customer-facing applications

• Partner with software engineers and infrastructure teams to resolve runtime issues

• Build and maintain monitoring, alerting, and logging systems to proactively detect issues

• Lead incident response, post-mortem, and root cause analysis

• Contribute to automation, CI/CD, and operational tooling to improve engineering velocity

• Collaborate on application design with a focus on scalability, performance, and supportability

• Mentor peers and encourage a culture of continuous learning and DevOps mindset

• Write clean, maintainable code and develop prototypes, APIs, and integration layers

📚 Eligibility & Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field

• Proven experience or internship in software development, SRE, or operations

• Strong foundation in distributed systems, cloud environments, and containerization

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Java-based enterprise applications and performance tuning

• Hands-on with tools like Git, Jenkins, Maven, Python, Ansible

• Working knowledge of Relational & NoSQL databases (Postgres, Redis, DB2, Couchbase)

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

• Familiarity with real-time and batch data integration, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring systems
