Program Overview
As a Graduate Engineer Trainee, you will undergo a structured training program aimed at preparing you for technical or project engineering roles. During the program, you'll gain hands-on experience with automation systems, tools, and customer projects, setting the foundation for a successful engineering career at Rockwell.

Key Responsibilities
Successfully complete the GET training program, transitioning into a certified Project or Technical Engineer role.

Participate in design, programming, and commissioning activities in automation projects.

Work closely with project teams to ensure solutions are delivered on time and meet quality standards.

Assist project managers in identifying and resolving technical challenges.

Contribute to the development of innovative and integrated automation solutions.

Desired Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, or Instrumentation Engineering.

0–6 months of relevant experience or strong academic exposure to industrial automation concepts.

Good understanding of engineering fundamentals and a passion for automation technology.

Willingness to learn, adapt, and take on technical challenges.

Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.
