Program Overview

This is a 12-month structured Technology Rotation Program designed for early-career professionals who are passionate about emerging technologies and enterprise-scale systems. During the program, participants gain hands-on experience across modern platforms, automation, cloud services, and monitoring tools. Upon successful completion, candidates are placed into permanent roles based on business needs and mutual alignment.

Technology Exposure

During the program, you will gain hands-on experience in one or more of the following areas:

ServiceNow Development

Build and enhance enterprise workflows using ServiceNow

Work with CMDB, workflow automation, reporting, and dashboards

Understand real-world IT service and enterprise process management

Intelligent Automation

Develop bots and automation solutions using Power Automate, AWX, Python, Selenium

Explore Agentic AI concepts for intelligent and autonomous task execution

Monitoring & Observability

Create monitoring solutions using Splunk Cloud, SolarWinds, and observability tools

Build dashboards to monitor system health, performance, and anomalies

Cloud Development & Operations

Contribute to cloud-native services on Azure and AWS

Support scalable, resilient, and secure cloud solutions

Your Role & Responsibilities

Complete classroom training and solve real business problems through case studies

Participate in two technology rotations within the organization

Gain a holistic understanding of Invesco’s business model, products, and operations

Collaborate with cross-functional teams across global locations

Contribute to team objectives and achieve individual goals during rotations

Engage in Invesco Connects and Business Resource Group (BRG) initiatives

Attend regular check-ins with Rotation Managers and Program Leads

Build strong professional relationships through effective communication

Skills & Knowledge Required

Basic programming knowledge in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages

Foundational understanding of SQL and Excel

Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS); certifications are a plus

Exposure to Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI) is advantageous

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills

Ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Academic Requirements

B.Tech / M.Tech (All branches)

No active backlogs

Minimum 60% or equivalent CGPA across 10th, 12th, and graduation

Workplace Model
