Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports to track operational metrics.

Conduct data analysis and business intelligence activities to derive meaningful insights.

Present key findings to management in a clear and actionable format.

Maintain and update an Agent Database across various operational stages.

Track and report on KPIs through scorecards and dashboards.

Ensure accuracy in payroll-related data and attrition dashboards.

Generate timely and accurate reports for management decision-making.

Optimize and improve reporting processes for better efficiency and accuracy.

Provide strong analytical support to the management team.

Work closely with team managers to identify process improvements for business efficiency.

Eligibility Criteria
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.

Experience: Freshers are welcome to apply.

Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and SQL for data analysis and reporting.

Strong understanding of data visualization and analytics tools.

Ability to handle large datasets and generate business insights.
