Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Software Developer (.NET) to join our growing technology team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing, maintaining, and enhancing both desktop and web-based applications using Microsoft technologies. This role requires strong expertise in C# .NET, VB.NET, ASP.NET Core, and SQL Server, along with the ability to integrate applications with third-party systems through REST APIs.

As a Software Developer, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, reliable, and high-quality software solutions that support business operations. You should possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, a passion for clean coding practices, and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain applications using C# .NET and VB.NET.

• Build, enhance, and support Windows Forms (WinForms) desktop applications.

• Develop and maintain web applications using ASP.NET and ASP.NET Core.

• Create, consume, and maintain RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party services.

• Write optimized SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and other database objects in SQL Server.

• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application defects, performance bottlenecks, and production issues.

• Participate in application deployment, version upgrades, and ongoing maintenance activities.

• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and user guides.

• Collaborate with business users, project managers, QA teams, and other developers to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.

• Follow coding standards, best practices, and version control processes to ensure high-quality software development.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in software development.

• Strong proficiency in C# .NET, VB.NET, SQL Server, and JavaScript.

• Hands-on experience with ASP.NET, ASP.NET Core, Windows Forms, Entity Framework, and LINQ.

• Experience working with REST APIs, JSON, XML, and third-party application integrations.

• Familiarity with development tools such as Visual Studio, SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS), and Git.

• Strong debugging, analytical, and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience integrating ERP, CRM, HRMS, or Finance systems.

• Knowledge of maintaining and supporting legacy VB.NET applications.

• Exposure to Microsoft Azure and cloud-based application development.

• Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and modern development practices.
