Job Description

#Manage clients from corporate and non-corporates

#Generate & Maintain the sales report

# Responsible for generating sales with existing customers and developing opportunities with new customers within assigned territory.

# Convert prospects into customers by show-casing appropriate primary residential properties to the prospects, which match the investment need of the prospect.

# Use leads generated by Marketing Team for the above as well as generate self-leads to convert them into customers, through local activities (procuring relevant databases, doing on-ground activities in corporate, clubs, etc).

# Be compliant with operations process

# Provide after-sales services and assist in Home Loans for the customers

# Assist the client with Market and product knowledge
