  • Education: Any graduate or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience: 0–2 years (ideal for freshers or entry-level candidates).
  • Skills:

  • Strong communication in English and local language (spoken & written).
  • Basic knowledge of IT support, troubleshooting, or remote assistance tools.
