- Diagnose and resolve software/hardware issues using tools (e.g., remote desktop).
- Perform basic troubleshooting like password resets or software configuration.
- Escalate unresolved issues as per defined procedures.
- Communicate effectively with customers and keep them informed.
- Maintain accurate documentation in systems and knowledge bases.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and timely response to issues.
🎓 Qualifications
- Education: Any graduate or equivalent work experience.
- Experience: 0–2 years (ideal for freshers or entry-level candidates).
- Skills:
- Strong communication in English and local language (spoken & written).
- Basic knowledge of IT support, troubleshooting, or remote assistance tools.
- Willingness to work in shifts and resolve customer issues patiently.
