🌟 We're Hiring: Presales Engineer

📍 Work Location: Noida (with regular travel to Gurgaon/Delhi; 6-month training in Chennai)

📌 Role Overview

Join our technical presales team to help prospects discover the true potential of our products. You’ll lead product demos, craft proofs of concept (POCs), and respond to RFPs/RFIs, working closely with sales, product management, and engineering.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Deliver compelling product demos tailored to prospect needs
• Analyze BRDs/RFPs and map requirements to product features
• Develop POCs to showcase value
• Answer technical queries via calls, email, and chat
• Liaise with product team to capture new feature requests
• Track competitor offerings and market trends
• Educate prospects on real-world use-cases and benefits

✅ Must-Have Skills & Experience

• 1–3 years in presales, business analysis, implementation, or support
• Strong technical understanding and ability to explain complex topics simply
• Excellent presentation and demo skills
• Self-driven with a passion for learning new technologies
• Exceptional written and verbal communication—fluent in English and Hindi
• Preferably based in Delhi/Gurgaon with familiarity with the local market

📋 Important Details

• Office Location: Noida, hybrid work in Gurgaon/Delhi
• Training: Chennai for at least 6 months
• Eligibility: Open to 2023 graduates and earlier (2025–2026 graduates not eligible)
