We are looking for a proactive and skilled Software Engineer to join our dynamic Agile team. In this role, you will contribute to building robust software solutions by understanding project scope, collaborating with stakeholders, and delivering high-quality outputs aligned with timelines. You will take ownership of design and development activities while following secure development practices and team standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze project scope and deliverables, contributing effectively as part of a Scrum team to meet sprint goals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to capture and refine project requirements.
• Lead the design and architecture of modules/features, adhering to development best practices.
• Perform hands-on software development and rigorous unit testing to maintain high code quality.
• Assist with verification and validation tasks when necessary to ensure sprint completeness.
• Conduct peer reviews and maintain quality across all work products.
• Champion secure and standardized development processes.

Must-Have Technical Skills

• C# .NET
• SQL Server
• Web API / REST API
• WPF (Windows Presentation Foundation) – Mandatory
• ASP.NET

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field from a reputed institute.
• Strong grasp of object-oriented design (OOAD) and data structures.
• Experience with both web-based and desktop application development.
• Exposure to Microsoft Azure is a plus.
