Criteo is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Software Developer to join its APAC Innovation Team (AIT). This role centers around building impactful tools that enhance operational efficiency and crafting custom solutions to address diverse client and market needs across APAC regions including India, Singapore, China, Japan, Korea, and Australia.

You will act as a cross-functional enabler — collaborating with Operations, R&D, Security, Infrastructure, and Product teams — to develop innovative software that supports internal teams and client-facing operations.

💼 Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop internal and external web tools to drive operational transformation.
• Deliver and monitor KPIs to measure tool efficiency and impact.
• Partner with global technical teams (APAC + Central/Paris) to scale regional innovations globally.
• Perform full-stack development; contribute to backend when needed.
• Ensure clean, testable, and well-documented code.
• Communicate effectively across teams to explain technical issues to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

🛠️ Your Tech Toolbox:

• Languages & Frameworks: JavaScript (ES5/ES6+), HTML, CSS, React or Angular
• Development Concepts: Data structures, design patterns, web security
• Best Practices: Automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, version control
• Extras (Preferred): AWS/cloud-hosted environments, global team collaboration across time zones

• 1.5+ years of experience in full-stack development
• Passionate problem-solver with a strong sense of ownership
• Comfortable translating business needs into scalable technical solutions
• Pragmatic, independent, and highly collaborative
• Strong written and verbal communication skills (English)
