Key Responsibilities
Write well-structured, efficient, and maintainable code to support new and existing applications.

Work alongside experienced developers to conceptualize and implement software solutions.

Investigate and resolve bugs, application issues, and performance bottlenecks.

Take part in code reviews, peer programming, and team discussions to foster learning and collaboration.

Assist in application testing, integration, and deployment activities.

Stay informed on current industry trends and incorporate relevant new technologies into your work.

Who Can Apply

Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.

Batch: Final year or recent graduates (preferably 2025).

Skills & Competencies
Good command over at least one programming language such as Java, Python, or C++.

Strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming.

Familiarity with Git/version control systems and web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is an added advantage.

Fast learner with the drive to pick up new tools and technologies.

Effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Training Program Details

Duration: 9-month structured training with hands-on project work.

Stipend: ₹15,000/month during the training period.

Post-Training Career Path

Full-time Offer: ₹3 LPA after successful training completion.

Probation Period: 6 months post-training.

Service Agreement: 18-month commitment from the date of full-time joining.
