As a Developer Associate in the Manufacturing Foundation team (Bill of Material Management), you’ll contribute to delivering innovative and scalable solutions within the S/4HANA Public Cloud.
You’ll be responsible for the end-to-end software development lifecycle—from architecture and design to coding, testing, and quality assurance—working in an international, agile, and cross-functional environment. This role offers the opportunity to solve real business challenges through intuitive and intelligent solutions while continuously growing your technical expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate in design, development, debugging, and testing of complex product features using Agile/SCRUM methodologies.
- Independently handle tasks from development through deployment, ensuring quality and performance standards.
- Apply a cloud-first mindset with focus on Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Delivery (CD) using SAP’s development processes.
- Ensure solutions meet expectations of scalability, efficiency, reliability, and security.
- Share knowledge and work closely with teammates to drive engineering excellence across the product.
- Contribute to innovation by adopting modern frameworks and SAP’s technology stack (S/4HANA, CDS, AMDP, RAP, UI5, Fiori, etc.).
- Support continuous improvements by aligning with cross-functional engineering practices (EPT/CFD/FBE).
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA (or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
- Experience: 2–4 years as a full-stack developer with proven coding expertise.

Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of ABAP and Object-Oriented ABAP.
- Hands-on experience with HANA CDS, AMDP, RAP, UI5, Fiori, and Test-Driven Development (TDD).
- Familiarity with S/4HANA stack and manufacturing/business processes preferred.
- Soft Skills:
- Collaborative team player with excellent communication abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to quickly grasp new functional and technical concepts.
