Reboot is currently seeking an experienced Artificial Intelligence Tech Lead to join a major government digital transformation initiative in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. This role is ideal for a highly skilled technology professional who has strong expertise in .NET technologies and React.js and is passionate about leading teams to build advanced digital platforms with AI capabilities.

📍 Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE (Onsite)
💰 Salary: Up to 32,000 AED per month

As an AI Tech Lead, you will play a key role in designing and delivering enterprise-grade applications for large-scale government projects. The position requires a strong technical background combined with leadership skills to guide development teams and ensure the successful delivery of complex digital solutions.

The selected candidate will be responsible for leading the development of modern applications built on .NET and React.js, while also integrating AI-driven capabilities and intelligent automation into the platform. You will collaborate with architects, developers, and stakeholders to create scalable and high-performance solutions that support large digital transformation initiatives.

💻 Key Skills Required

• Strong experience with .NET / ASP.NET Core / C#
• Solid expertise in React.js for modern frontend development
• Experience designing and implementing enterprise APIs and microservices architecture
• Knowledge or hands-on experience with AI integrations or intelligent automation solutions
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics is considered an advantage

👨‍💻 Experience Required

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in software development
• Proven experience in leading development teams and managing technical delivery
• Experience working on large enterprise or government-scale software platforms
• Strong understanding of system architecture, scalability, and application performance
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage complex technical projects

As a Tech Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the development lifecycle, ensuring coding standards, guiding architecture decisions, and supporting teams in solving complex technical challenges. Your leadership will help ensure the successful implementation of modern applications integrated with intelligent technologies.
