💼 About the Role

As an Application Software Engineer, you will design, develop, and maintain highly reliable software solutions used across multiple business functions. You'll collaborate with engineers, product teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to build scalable applications that improve operational efficiency and support next-generation technologies.

The role offers ownership of challenging engineering problems, allowing you to work on innovative software products from concept to deployment. Whether developing manufacturing systems, enterprise applications, or customer-facing platforms, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality software solutions.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade software applications.
• Build scalable backend services and modern web applications.
• Develop API-driven solutions for seamless integration across systems.
• Create prototypes to validate technical concepts and improve existing processes.
• Participate in software architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical planning.
• Optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Work closely with engineering teams to understand requirements and deliver effective software solutions.
• Ensure code quality through testing, continuous integration, and deployment best practices.

🛠 Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related discipline (or equivalent professional experience).
• At least 1 year of experience in full-stack software development.
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles and modern development practices.

💡 Preferred Technical Skills

• Programming experience in C#, .NET, Python, Java, Go, or Scala.
• Experience with Angular, React, or other modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or similar relational databases.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native development.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control systems, and automated testing.
• Experience with messaging technologies such as Apache Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of Linux/UNIX environments and infrastructure automation tools is an advantage.
