Job Overview

ELYX Digital is looking for a skilled and motivated Senior .NET Developer to join its engineering team. This opportunity is ideal for developers who enjoy building scalable applications, developing secure APIs, optimizing database performance, and delivering reliable software solutions.

The selected candidate will work closely with developers, technical architects, and product teams to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level applications. Candidates should have strong technical knowledge, excellent debugging skills, and a passion for writing clean, maintainable code.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications and backend services using C# and the .NET ecosystem.
• Build, integrate, and maintain secure RESTful APIs for communication between applications and backend systems.
• Write clean, reusable, and well-structured code following software development best practices.
• Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, indexes, and database structures using Microsoft SQL Server.
• Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms to protect application data and APIs.
• Apply effective exception handling, logging, and API versioning practices.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, perform root-cause analysis, and improve application performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable solutions that meet business requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong development experience with C#, .NET Core 6+, and .NET Framework.
• Hands-on experience with ASP.NET MVC and ADO.NET.
• Working knowledge of JavaScript and jQuery.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft SQL Server, including complex queries, stored procedures, and index optimization.
• Experience developing and integrating RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with JWT, OAuth, authentication, authorization, and API security practices.
• Knowledge of exception handling, application logging, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
