Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and skilled DevOps Tools Engineer to join our engineering team in Bengaluru. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines that enable efficient and reliable software delivery. You’ll work closely with development, QA, and operations teams to automate processes, optimize deployment strategies, and ensure high availability of systems and infrastructure.

As an Associate-level engineer, you will gain hands-on experience with industry-leading DevOps tools and technologies while contributing to the continuous improvement of our software delivery lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate code integration, testing, and deployment.

Manage and optimize the DevOps toolchain, including version control, build automation, testing, and deployment frameworks.

Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or Chef.

Monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance system reliability, scalability, and performance.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline software delivery and deployment processes.

Set up and manage containerization and orchestration solutions such as Docker and Kubernetes.

Enforce security standards and best practices throughout the CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure.

Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior engineers and team members.

Continuously evaluate and integrate new DevOps tools and technologies to improve automation, performance, and efficiency.

Required Skills

Proficiency with CI/CD platforms such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.

Hands-on experience with scripting languages like Python, Bash, or PowerShell.

Strong understanding of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).

Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).

Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code frameworks (Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, or Chef).

Good understanding of version control systems, particularly Git.

Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools for system analysis and issue tracking.

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Eligibility Criteria

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related Engineering field.

Equivalent work experience or certifications in DevOps or Cloud technologies will be considered an advantage.

Passion for automation, scalability, and continuous improvement within modern DevOps environments.
