Job Description
Milliman is looking for a Junior QA and Tech Support Engineer to join our team in Navi Mumbai. This role involves quality assurance testing and technical support for software applications. As a QA Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the functionality, reliability, and performance of software products. In addition, you will handle technical support tasks, including diagnosing and resolving user-reported issues.

This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who are passionate about software testing, debugging, and customer support.

Key Responsibilities
Quality Assurance Duties:

Conduct functional and non-functional testing to ensure software meets specifications.

Design, develop, and execute detailed test cases and test scripts.

Identify, document, and track bugs and software defects using bug-tracking tools.

Perform regression testing to ensure that software updates do not introduce new issues.

Technical Support Duties:

Diagnose and resolve user-reported software issues efficiently.

Create and maintain user manuals, SOPs, and technical documentation.

Communicate with clients and internal teams to provide solutions and technical support.

Ensure a seamless user experience by providing timely assistance and troubleshooting.

Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Skills & Competencies:
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Familiarity with software testing techniques and bug tracking tools.

Basic understanding of software troubleshooting and debugging.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory)
Experience with test automation tools like Selenium, JIRA.

Prior exposure to technical support in a SaaS/software environment.

Basic knowledge of coding/scripting (Java, Python, etc.).

Understanding of ITIL frameworks and customer support methodologies.
