Position Overview
We’re seeking a dynamic and skilled Software Engineer / DevOps Engineer to join our high-performing technology team. In this role, you’ll work at the heart of our Agile product environment, ensuring smooth development workflows, optimized build pipelines, and resilient production deployments. You’ll work closely with a cross-functional team to create scalable digital products that perform globally.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate within an Agile team to build, deploy, and support robust digital platforms.
Optimize CI/CD pipelines and troubleshoot environment or deployment issues.
Implement automation and configuration management strategies.
Ensure high availability and performance of applications across global users.
Engage in peer code reviews and contribute to maintaining high coding standards.
Document and share your work and ideas clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Embrace DevOps culture: “You build it, you run it.”
Required Skills & Technologies
Proficient in Java, Node.js, or Python for scripting and backend development.
Hands-on experience with AWS services (VPC, CloudFront, Lambda, CloudWatch, S3) or similar cloud platforms.
Solid understanding of DevOps practices and Infrastructure as Code tools (e.g., Terraform).
Practical knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Sonar, GitHub, and AppDynamics.
Familiarity with Agile tools like JIRA, Confluence, IntelliJ, VS Code.
Experience deploying and maintaining production systems.
Ability to analyze, debug, and resolve issues efficiently.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; capable of explaining technical details to non-technical teams.
Eligibility Criteria
A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related engineering field (B.E/B.Tech).
Prior industry experience in software engineering and/or DevOps roles.
Passion for automation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
