Job Summary
We are seeking a Test Automation Engineer to develop and enhance test automation frameworks and scripts, driving DevSecOps adoption. This role involves working closely with engineering teams to design and execute system tests, automate testing processes, and ensure seamless CI/CD integration. The ideal candidate should have expertise in test automation strategies, scripting, and performance testing to drive safe living and quality of life through innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with Engineering and Architecture teams to plan, develop, and execute system tests, automation, and performance testing.
Understand end-user scenarios and contribute to requirements and design reviews.
Develop and implement test automation strategies for system testing and simulation requirements.
Maintain and enhance existing product test scripts.
Develop productivity improvement tools and integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.

Leverage Generative AI (GenAI) to enhance productivity in test automation.
Mentor project team members on test automation techniques and best practices.

Work in a fast-paced environment with effective communication and proactive follow-up.

Technical Skills Required
Test Automation & Quality Assurance:
Experience with Acceptance Test Driven Development (ATDD) for web and mobile applications.
Strong understanding of Black Box, White Box, performance, stress, and load testing.

Ability to conduct root cause analysis and test planning.

Programming & Scripting Languages:
Proficiency in Java, C#, .NET, and Python.

Automation & Testing Tools:
Selenium, Appium, C# with RestSharp, TestComplete.

API & Web Services Testing: Hands-on experience with Web Services and API Testing.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in DevSecOps adoption and CI/CD process integration.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Ability to work independently while mentoring and coaching team members.
