Year of Passing – 2017 to 2019 (No Standing Arrears/Backlogs)
Should be willing to work on rotational shifts and rotational week offs.
Basic understanding in any of the 5 operating systems (Linux, Mac, Windows, Chrome, and Android) with basic OS troubleshooting techniques and documented escalation procedures
Basic understanding in Networking and Network troubleshooting
Good communication skills
Good Analytical & Cognitive skills
Excellent customer handling skills
Ability to deal professionally with customers
