Required skills:
Should to navigate through Windows OS and proficient in MS office
Should be able to understand the issue reported for end user with respect to Telecom services and network infrastructure
Should be able to rigorously follow up with resolver groups and end user to drive resolution
Should have exceptionally good customer handling skills with written and verbal communications skills
Should be able to work towards enhancing the customer experience and overall service delivery
Meeting client expectation and process metrics
Fair knowledge of network & router concepts
Hands on experience of troubleshooting of router's & circuits is preferable
Basic understanding of VOIP & VPN services
Logical ability to comprehend, identify, & resolve critical hardware & software issues
Should be able to identify and prioritize issues based on the Severity
Escalate priority issues per Client specifications to the immediate lead as applicable
100% adherence to Business Rules, Standard processes and procedures
Should be good at multitasking and time management in order to accomplish tool adherence'
