EXP: 2-5 Years 

Eligibility:

2 - 5 years of experience in an HR Analyst role

Bachelor / Master's degree in Human Resources or related field with good understanding/ knowledge of HR fundamentals, practices, and procedures

Experience on tools and systems such as Microsoft Power BI, SAP SuccessFactors, etc.

Must have excellent communication and analytical skills backed with good business acumen

Working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Ability to organize data and distinguish confidential data
