Job Description :

• Minimum 5-7+ years experience in the quality assurance/testing field in a structured and measured process

• Experience as a QA lead in the Workday platform; specifically, with HCM, Payroll, Comp, Absence, and Recruiting

• Experience as a QA Automation Engineer, SDET – ability to identify and automate e2e test scenarios

• Proficient with at least one object-oriented programming language

• Demonstrated expert knowledge of the life cycle through the application of complex, multidisciplinary software applications, involving complicated technology and integration points

• Thorough knowledge of testing methodologies and techniques. Experience in Waterfall and Agile methodologies.

• Experience working in large cross-functional software development projects

• Experience in functional, non-functional, integration, load, performance, and stress testing

• Demonstrated advanced experience with test case planning/creation as well as test case execution and reporting
