About the Role

• Work remotely with local RTAs to ensure adherence and compliance of our Community Support Representatives in multiple countries, languages, modalities and products, from Rides to Eats and everything in between
• Intra-day management of service levels, site efficiency, and outage compliance with established parameters during real time situations
• Produce reports that show performance at an intra-day, daily, and weekly level. Some weekend/night shifts may be required
