About the Opportunity
Shipsy is on the lookout for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic QA Engineer to join our growing tech team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the performance, functionality, and stability of our software solutions. This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates passionate about delivering bug-free digital products and learning the best practices in quality assurance.

What You'll Do
Design and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts.

Perform both manual and automated testing for web and mobile platforms.

Accurately log and document defects, and work with development teams to ensure timely resolution.

Conduct regression testing to confirm that fixes haven't introduced new issues.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers and developers to ensure seamless QA integration across the development cycle.

Provide clear and concise quality reports and highlight potential risk areas.

Continuously stay informed on the latest QA tools, methodologies, and automation frameworks.

What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (BE/BTech) – preferably in Computer Science, IT, or related fields.

A passion for testing and technology, with a problem-solving mindset.

Basic understanding of SDLC and STLC.

Good communication and documentation skills.

Willingness to learn new tools and grow in a fast-paced startup environment.

Bonus Points If You Have
Exposure to any QA tools like Selenium, JIRA, or TestRail.

Academic or internship experience in manual or automated testing.

Awareness of agile and scrum workflows.
