Job Description for Junior Software Engineer (.NET):

Fingent is actively seeking Junior Software Engineers with expertise in .NET technologies to join their dynamic team at the Kochi development center. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to web-based systems and collaborate with an international team, fostering continuous learning and skill enhancement.

Skill Sets:

- Build new web-based systems using C#.NET and ASP.NET MVC Framework.

- Experience in .NET Core, Angular 2+ is an added advantage.

- Strong proficiency in OOPS concepts, JQuery, Web API, Entity Framework, LINQ.

- Exposure to Cloud computing – MS Azure, SQL Azure, App Fabric is desirable.

- Sound knowledge of software implementation best practices.

- Extensive experience in designing and working with scalable architectures.

- Ability to quickly grasp new concepts and software.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Generate well-organized, optimized, and documented source code.

- Proficiency in development platforms and adherence to best practices.

- Familiarity with unit testing frameworks.

- Provide ongoing maintenance, support, and enhancements to existing systems and platforms.

- Participate in client calls to understand customer needs and gather feedback on delivered items.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with business users, project managers, and other engineers to deliver elegant solutions.

- Offer recommendations for continuous improvement.

- Work collaboratively with the team to enhance technology and consistently apply best practices.

- Attention to detail is crucial, ensuring that all tasks are executed to the highest standards.

Eligibility:

- Candidates holding a BE/BTech degree.

- 1-2 years of relevant experience.
