Firstsource is hiring Associate Software Engineers to be part of our dynamic technology team. 🧩 Key Responsibilities
Design and develop software applications across front-end (Web/Windows), back-end (.NET/Java/Python), and database systems.

Follow best practices in coding, unit testing, regression testing, and CI/CD deployment pipelines.

Collaborate effectively in an Agile-at-scale development framework.

Communicate progress, blockers, and plans proactively to project leads and team members.

Continuously learn and pursue certifications in emerging technologies to stay relevant and project-ready.

Build interactive user interfaces with seamless backend integration.

Ensure cross-platform compatibility on operating systems like Windows and Unix.

✅ Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (BE/BTech) – Computer Science, IT, or related disciplines.

Strong foundational knowledge in software programming, data structures, and algorithms.

Good understanding of software architecture and system integration.

Experience with databases (SQL, NoSQL) and at least one programming language such as Java, .NET, or Python.

Familiarity with web development frameworks and front-end technologies is a plus.

Proficiency in working with operating systems like Windows or Unix/Linux.

Exposure to AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science is an added advantage.

Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow in a collaborative team setting.
