Responsibilities:
- QA Process Implementation: Design and implement robust QA processes within an agile development framework to ensure high-quality software delivery.
- Test Automation: Develop and maintain automated test scripts using scripting/coding languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript, and leverage automation testing tools and frameworks like Selenium, Rest Assured, Playwright, Cucumber, and Pact.
- Database Management: Work with relational databases such as Postgres, Oracle, or MSSQL to support test data management and validation.
- DevOps Integration: Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate test automation within the CI/CD pipelines, utilizing AWS infrastructure to streamline deployment processes.
- Microservices Testing: Conduct automated testing across various types of microservices to ensure seamless integration and performance.
- Collaboration: Work closely with development teams, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective testing solutions.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Educational Background: A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent certification.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of scripting/coding languages (Python, Java, JavaScript) and experience with popular automation testing tools and frameworks.
- Database Expertise: Familiarity with relational databases such as Postgres, Oracle, or MSSQL.
- DevOps Knowledge: Exposure to DevOps practices and infrastructure, particularly on AWS, and experience with automation in a microservices architecture.
- Industry Experience: Previous experience in the capital markets sector is a plus.
- Agile Experience: Proven track record of working within agile development teams and implementing QA processes in an agile environment.
