Who We Are Looking For

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Apprentice who:

Is a fresher (up to 11 months of work experience).

Is passionate about delivering excellent service and colleague experience.

Has basic understanding of relevant workplace, safety, food service, and environmental regulations.

Can communicate (written & verbal) fluently in English.

Maintains a positive, professional attitude and brings a hospitality mindset to every interaction.

Is willing to learn, adapt, multitask, and work collaboratively with multiple teams.

Key Responsibilities

As an Apprentice, you will work under the guidance of mentors to support and enhance colleague experience across food and non-food services in the Gurugram or Bengaluru office.

Daily Responsibilities

Follow all GREWE and American Express SOPs, guidelines, and compliance requirements.

Assist with hospitality services, including greeting and escorting employees, visitors, and leadership.

Support meeting and event setups, ensuring smooth execution.

Interact with cafeteria teams to collect food quality and experience feedback from colleagues.

Help manage the daily operations of recreational areas and ensure a positive experience for all users.

Complete assigned tasks within defined timelines under mentor supervision.

Work closely with Workplace Experience (WPE) and leadership teams to support colleague needs.

Stay familiar with building safety procedures, including first aid, fire safety, and emergency protocols.

Operate workplace equipment safely and responsibly.

Be open to working across all three shifts (morning, afternoon, night) as per business requirements.

Additional Details

This is a contractual apprenticeship position, subject to successful background verification as per applicable laws.
