What You'll Do

• Analyze and separate immediate technical issues from long-term architectural goals.

• Stay updated on emerging technologies and challenge the team to think ahead.

• Contribute to all phases of product development with senior engineers, product managers, scrum masters, and others in a scaled agile setup.

• Embrace change, complexity, and ambiguity—drive continuous improvement through adaptability and speed.

• Become a proactive voice for innovation and better practices.

What You Bring

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

• 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in web-based Java development.

• Strong foundation in:

  • Data Structures, Algorithms, Object-Oriented Programming

  • SQL, databases (MySQL, Postgres, SQL Server, MongoDB)

  • REST APIs, Microservices, and SOA

  • Java (v11+), Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Hibernate/JPA

• Experience with:

  • Unit testing (JUnit, Mockito)

  • Agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban

  • CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git/SVN), and build tools (Maven or Gradle)

  • Logging, monitoring, and performance tuning

• Core: Java, Spring Boot, JPA, REST APIs

• Infrastructure: Tomcat, Jetty, Weblogic, or Glassfish

• Databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, SQL Server

• Tools: Git, SVN, Maven, Gradle, JUnit, Mockito

• Bonus Skills: AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, gRPC, open-source contributions
