What You’ll Do

Build and maintain highly scalable, reliable, and reusable software components.

Work closely with product managers to convert functional requirements into thoughtful technical solutions, owning features from concept to release.

Develop intuitive and customizable user interfaces using modern UI technologies.

Contribute to both new feature development and enhancement of existing capabilities.

What You Need to Succeed

Experience integrating AI into workflows or problem-solving, including model validation, predictions, or automation processes.

2.5 – 4.5 years of hands-on software engineering experience with a strong delivery track record.

Proficiency with Python, Java, or similar object-oriented languages.

Experience building modern web interfaces with frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.

Strong foundation in algorithms, data structures, OOP, design patterns, and performance optimization.

Familiarity with testing frameworks such as JUnit, TestNG, Selenium, and integrating tests within CI/CD workflows.

Understanding of reliability, observability, production readiness, and software quality principles.

Ability to debug complex systems and optimize performance across the stack.

Hands-on experience using AI-powered tools or workflows to support engineering tasks.

Comfortable using IDEs, profilers, debuggers, Git, and Linux/Unix environments.
