Job Summary:

Join MongoDB's Technical Services team as an engineer, utilizing your problem-solving skills and technical expertise to resolve complex customer issues. Collaborate with talented professionals to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide technical guidance to customers on MongoDB ecosystem.

2. Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to architecture, performance, recovery, and security.

3. Advise customers on best practices for running MongoDB at scale.

4. Collaborate with product management and development teams to address customer needs.

5. Contribute to internal projects, including software development of support tools.

Eligibility Criteria:

Required Skills:

1. 1.5-3 years of technical experience.

2. Advanced diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.

3. Broad awareness of customer workloads and use cases.

4. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

5. Strong understanding of two or more: Application Architecture, Systems Administration, Network Administration, or database systems.

Desirable Skills:

1. Experience with MongoDB or other database solutions.

2. Knowledge of cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP).

3. Familiarity with JIRA and SalesForce Service Cloud.
