Job Description
Molex is looking for a passionate and motivated Graduate Engineer Trainee to join the CSBU SI PCBDsgn IDC team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to gain hands-on experience in firmware development while working alongside industry experts.

As a Graduate Engineer Trainee, you will contribute to the design, development, and testing of firmware for advanced electronic systems. You will have the opportunity to apply your knowledge in embedded systems, microcontrollers, and firmware programming to real-world applications.

Key Responsibilities
Firmware Development: Assist in developing high-quality firmware under the guidance of experienced engineers.

Coding & Optimization: Write, debug, and optimize C/C++ firmware code for various products.

Testing & Validation: Conduct rigorous testing of firmware to ensure performance, stability, and functionality.

Debugging & Issue Resolution: Identify and document software defects and collaborate with the team to resolve them.

Adherence to Standards: Follow best coding practices and industry standards for firmware development.

Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Electronics Engineering or a related field.

Fresh graduates with a strong academic background in firmware development and embedded systems.

Technical Skills Required
Proficiency in C/C++ programming languages.

Basic knowledge of embedded systems and microcontrollers.

Understanding of firmware development tools and debugging techniques.

Familiarity with testing and validation processes in firmware development.

Soft Skills Required
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
