Job Overview

Wipro is seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to collaborate with application teams and developers, ensuring seamless coordination between operations, development, and testing. This role is focused on automating and optimizing integration and deployment processes to enhance efficiency and reliability in software development.

Key Responsibilities

Continuous Integration & Deployment (CI/CD)
Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to streamline software development, testing, and deployment.
Optimize software development life cycle across planning, coding, building, testing, staging, release, configuration, and monitoring.

Configure and integrate DevOps tools as per project and client requirements.

Infrastructure & Automation
Manage IT infrastructure to support software deployment and ensure seamless performance.

Automate workflows, testing, and deployment processes using DevOps tools and frameworks.

Develop and maintain scripts for automation, configuration management, and deployment.

Support & Troubleshooting
Provide technical support to internal and external customers on DevOps platforms.

Resolve support tickets within defined turnaround time (TAT) and escalate unresolved issues appropriately.

Conduct root cause analysis and implement solutions for recurring problems.

Collaboration & Customization
Work closely with development teams to integrate DevOps solutions into software projects.

Customize and optimize DevOps tools to meet specific client requirements.
Ensure secure user access workflows and proper configuration management.

Skills & Competencies
Technical Skills
Strong expertise in DevOps tools and frameworks such as Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible, Terraform, and Git.

Proficiency in scripting languages like Python, Bash, or PowerShell.

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies.

Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools for performance optimization.
