Eligibility Criteria

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field OR equivalent practical experience.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages: C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
• Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to research, prototype, and implement innovative solutions.
• Excellent communication, data presentation, and storytelling skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience building and shipping commercial software.
• Hands-on experience with modern app development (XAML, UWP, WinUI) and C/C++.
• Strong debugging and design skills with a focus on quality craftsmanship.
• Ability to work across teams, driving design and technical coordination.
• Customer-first innovation mindset.
