About the Role

As a Custom Software Engineer, you'll play a key role in designing, developing, testing, and maintaining enterprise applications. You'll work closely with architects, business analysts, UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and product teams to transform business requirements into secure, scalable, and high-performing software solutions.

From designing intuitive user interfaces to developing powerful backend services and deploying cloud-native applications, you'll contribute across the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).


Key Responsibilities

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade web applications using C#, .NET Core, and ASP.NET Core.

Build secure, scalable, and high-performance RESTful APIs to support modern business applications.

Develop responsive and user-friendly web interfaces using React, Angular, or Blazor.

Design efficient database structures and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and indexes using SQL Serveror PostgreSQL.

Implement data access using Entity Framework Core and ORM best practices.

Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs and third-party services.

Containerize applications using Docker and support deployments on cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS.

Configure and maintain automated deployment pipelines using GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or similar CI/CD tools.

Write comprehensive unit and integration tests using frameworks like xUnit or NUnit.

Troubleshoot production issues, optimize application performance, and ensure software reliability.

Participate in Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative digital solutions that exceed client expectations.
