As part of this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, product owners, architects, and developers to deliver high-quality software solutions using modern Microsoft technologies and Agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in the design, development, and enhancement of enterprise applications using .NET Core and ASP.NET Core.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services for business-critical applications.
• Collaborate with development teams, QA engineers, and business stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Support Agile delivery by actively participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Track project progress, resolve technical challenges, and contribute to continuous process improvements.
• Assist in application deployment, release planning, and production support activities.
• Follow coding standards, best practices, and version control processes to ensure high-quality software delivery.

Required Skills

• 6–8 years of professional experience in Microsoft technologies.
• Strong hands-on experience with .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, and REST API development.
• Good understanding of application architecture and enterprise software development.
• Experience working with Agile methodologies and Scrum practices.
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Microservices Architecture.
• Knowledge of Retail Order Management domain is an advantage.
• Exposure to CI/CD practices and modern software delivery processes.
• Scrum certifications such as CSM, PSM I, or SAFe Scrum Master are preferred.
