The Finance team at Siemens provides technology-driven and efficient services covering areas such as purchasing, outgoing payments, cash allocation, fixed-asset accounting, account reconciliation, and financial closing and reporting.

As a Trainee, you will support daily finance operations while working with integrated systems, automation tools, and digital processes. This is an opportunity to gain practical experience in a global organization and develop your knowledge of finance operations.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer and vendor creation/modification requests.
• Process emergency requests when required.
• Coordinate with requestors to resolve discrepancies.
• Support the team with day-to-day finance activities.
• Gain an understanding of Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) processes.
• Ensure accounting procedures and internal controls are followed correctly.
• Contribute to process quality and efficient operations.

🎓 Eligibility & Skills

• B.Com or BBA qualification.
• Basic understanding of quality methodologies.
• Knowledge of AR/AP processes is beneficial.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Familiarity with SAP/OneSRM and e-sourcing tools is an advantage.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
