🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable microservices for enterprise applications.

• Build backend services using Python and Java.

• Develop interactive frontend features using JavaScript.

• Write and optimize SQL queries and database procedures.

• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to convert requirements into technical solutions.

• Participate in code reviews and follow clean coding practices.

• Develop unit, integration, and regression tests to improve application reliability.

• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root-cause analysis.

• Monitor application performance using logs, metrics, and dashboards.

• Follow secure development practices covering authentication, authorization, encryption, and data handling.

• Maintain technical documentation, service contracts, data flows, and operational procedures.

• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and automated build/deployment processes.

🔹 Required Skills

✔ Strong Python development experience

✔ Hands-on Java backend development

✔ JavaScript and API integration

✔ Strong SQL knowledge, including joins, indexing, and query optimization

✔ Understanding of microservices architecture

✔ Knowledge of source control and CI/CD workflows

✔ Object-oriented programming and exception handling

✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

✔ Good communication with technical and non-technical teams

⭐ Good to Have

Experience or knowledge of asset and wealth management processes is an added advantage.
