💼 Role: Senior Core .NET Backend Developer 📍 Location: United States (Fully Remote)

Must Have: 

🔹 .NET Framework / Modern C# Programming: Proven hands-on expertise building enterprise-grade backend systems, writing clean, maintainable, object-oriented code, utilizing advanced language features, asynchronous programming patterns, LINQ, and unit testing frameworks to guarantee exceptional software reliability, maintainability, and high-performance execution. 

🔹 ASP.NET Core & Web API Architecture: In-depth engineering background architecting and deploying secure, enterprise-grade RESTful endpoints, implementing custom middleware, routing pipelines, dependency injection, and request validation pipelines optimized for maximum throughput, resilience, and ultra-low latency. 

🔹 Scalable REST APIs & Microservices Design: Extensive production experience designing loosely coupled distributed systems, event-driven integrations, API gateway orchestration, containerized services, and resilient asynchronous messaging patterns using tools like RabbitMQ, Kafka, or service bus solutions to handle mission-critical traffic. 

🔹 Microsoft SQL Server & Relational Data Engineering: Advanced proficiency in designing normalized relational database schemas, crafting complex T-SQL queries, authoring stored procedures, optimizing indexing strategies, utilizing Entity Framework Core, tuning query execution plans, and troubleshooting database concurrency or deadlocks. 

🔹 Cloud Infrastructure (Microsoft Azure / AWS): Strong practical background building, containerizing, and orchestrating serverless and cloud-native solutions, configuring CI/CD deployment pipelines, managing storage, cloud monitoring tools, security vaults, and distributed cloud services across leading enterprise environments. 

🔹 Healthcare Industry Domain Knowledge: Essential hands-on understanding of healthcare workflows, electronic health record architectures, HIPAA data privacy compliance standards, HL7/FHIR integration protocols, and patient data security regulations necessary for engineering healthcare applications.
