Key Responsibilities

• Application Design & Development: Architect, develop, test, and deploy robust, high-performance backend microservices and web applications leveraging modern .NET ecosystems.

• Database Architecture & Optimization: Design optimized relational data schemas, construct high-performance stored procedures, and handle advanced query tuning using SQL Server and Entity Framework.

• Full-Stack Collaboration: Interface closely with frontend systems using React.js and Angular, while building complementary backend runtime scripts via Node.js.

• API Architecture: Build secure, reliable, documented, and low-latency RESTful APIs and Web APIs adhering strictly to industry best practices.

• Code Excellence: Apply object-oriented programming (OOP) principles, clean architecture patterns, and standard software design patterns to ensure modularity and maintainability.

• Agile Execution: Actively participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, code reviews, and retrospectives in a fast-paced Scrum environment.

• Continuous Improvement: Identify bottlenecks, debug complex technical issues, optimize system memory footprint, and enhance overall application responsiveness.

Required Skills & Technical Qualifications

• Core Backend Mastery: Minimum of 5 years of commercial software engineering experience focused heavily on C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, and Web API frameworks.

• Database Expertise: Advanced hands-on working knowledge of SQL Server, database normalization, indexing, query optimization, and Object-Relational Mapping (ORM) via Entity Framework.

• Modern Frontend & Full-Stack Capabilities: Solid, hands-on experience integrating with front-end single-page applications built on React.js and Angular, along with exposure to Node.js.

• Architecture & Clean Code: Strong understanding of RESTful Web Services, Object-Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD), SOLID design principles, and enterprise design patterns.

• Version Control & DevOps Familiarity: Thorough practical experience using Git / GitHub / GitLab for branching workflows, pull requests, version control, and merge conflict resolution.

• Development Methodology: Practical familiarity operating within fast-paced Agile / Scrum product development lifecycles.

• Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving acumen, logical debugging capabilities, ownership mindset, and clear interpersonal communication skills.
