About the Role

We are looking for skilled developers who are hands-on, adaptable, and comfortable working in both development and support environments. The ideal candidate should be proactive, technically strong, and capable of handling real-time project requirements with efficiency.

These roles involve working on enterprise-level applications, contributing to enhancements, resolving issues, and supporting existing systems while also participating in new feature development. Candidates should be comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams and communicating effectively with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain applications using .NET / .NET Core

• Contribute to both new development and ongoing support projects

• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues

• Collaborate with UI/UX, QA, and DevOps teams

• Participate in code reviews and follow best coding practices

• Work within defined timelines and project deliverables

• Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients when required

Required Technical Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with .NET / .NET Core

• For Fullstack Developer roles: experience with React or Angular

• Experience working with Azure DevOps

• Understanding of application lifecycle management and deployment processes

• Experience in both development and production support environments

Soft Skills & Expectations

• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team

• Flexible mindset and willingness to take ownership
