As an Associate Product Analyst, you will:
✔ Provide professional support to PTC’s global customers, assisting with Windchill PLM software issues.
✔ Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges, ensuring efficient problem-solving and documentation.
✔ Work closely with teams across different departments like R&D and QA to enhance customer experience.
✔ Create and update technical knowledge base articles to support customer success.
✔ Assist in configuring software, analyzing functionality issues, and collaborating on technical solutions.
✔ Engage in continuous learning and development to improve expertise in Windchill and related technologies.

Skills & Qualifications
✔ Educational Background: BE/BTech in Computer Science, IT, E&TC, or MCA.
✔ Experience Level: Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in Windchill configuration and functionality.

✔ Technical Skills:
Knowledge of Java and databases is essential.
Basic experience in Unix/Windows administration.
Understanding of networking concepts is a plus.

✔ Certifications (Preferred):
Oracle Certified Java Programmer (SCJP)
Oracle Certified DBA
