Key Responsibilities
Test Planning & Execution: Create, document, and perform manual and automated test cases to validate product features, performance, and usability.
Bug Tracking: Identify, report, and manage software defects using tracking systems. Collaborate closely with developers for quick resolution.
Feature & Performance Validation: Test new product features, evaluate system performance under various conditions, and ensure compliance with design specs.
Automation: Develop and maintain automated test scripts to improve testing efficiency.
Documentation: Create clear and thorough QA reports and suggest improvements to enhance user experience.
Continuous Learning: Stay up to date with emerging QA tools, technologies, and methodologies to help optimize testing strategies.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Electronics and Communication or related field
Basic knowledge of PCB design processes, including layout, DRC, and verification
Good problem-solving and analytical skills
Effective communication and teamwork abilities
Experience using simulation tools
Proficient in English (spoken and written)
Preferred Qualifications
Understanding of signal and power integrity concepts
Knowledge of EMC principles such as crosstalk, noise, jitter
Exposure to Pollex, Altium, or other PCB design tools
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA)
Prior experience or academic projects related to engineering or simulation QA
