 Job Description
We are searching for a trainee to boost operations by reaching out to current and potential clients   

Responsibilities includes:
• The job requires the candidate to communicate with customers across India over phone/ email/ WhatsApp etc. for loans recovery and processing KYC documents and customer query resolution
• Capturing the communication done with customers and report the progress daily
• Attending regular team meetings to clarify progress and performance-related expectations.

Candidate Profile
• Freshers with graduation in any stream Excluding B.E., B. Tech, M. C. A., M.Tech, M. B.A.

• Good negotiation skills as your main focus will be to effectively convince others on business matters.
• The job does not require any travel and will be working from office in Bangalore
• 6 days working in a week in normal shift. Working on Sundays will be on rotation basis
