💼 About the Opportunity

Stockearning India is actively seeking an experienced, innovative, and driven Senior ASP.NET Developer to join our distributed engineering team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in designing, architecting, building, and maintaining robust, enterprise-grade web applications and high-throughput financial data systems. You will work closely with cross-functional product teams, engineering leads, and stakeholders to deliver clean code, scalable architecture, and seamless user experiences in a fully remote work environment.

📋 Key Responsibilities

• Application Architecture & Development: Design, develop, test, and deploy resilient web applications and microservices utilizing modern .NET frameworks, C#, and ASP.NET.
• API Engineering: Build and optimize high-performance RESTful APIs and backend services capable of handling complex integrations and heavy user traffic seamlessly.
• Database Management: Architect efficient database schemas, optimize stored procedures, write performant SQL queries, and ensure data integrity within Microsoft SQL Server.

• Code Quality & Best Practices: Participate actively in peer code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and enforce clean architecture principles, security best practices, and CI/CD pipelines.

• Collaboration & Innovation: Partner with system architects, product managers, and remote engineering teams to troubleshoot complex technical bottlenecks and deliver reliable technical solutions.

💼 Requirements & Experience

• 💼 Experience: 5+ years of professional hands-on software development experience with a strong focus on ASP.NET and the broader .NET ecosystem.
• 🎓 Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• 💻 Core Technical Skills:
• ASP.NET, C#, and .NET Core / .NET Framework
• Microsoft SQL Server (query optimization, schema design, stored procedures, indexing)
• API Development (RESTful services, Web API, integrations, authentication)
• Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), SOLID design principles, and design patterns.

• 🧩 Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities, analytical thinking, self-discipline for remote execution, and clear verbal and written communication skills.
