Job Summary:
Review and scrutinize customer inquiries and prepare technical and commercial quotations within the customer's given due date. Hand over clean Purchase Orders to Order and Project Management Teams.

Responsibilities:
- Register all inquiries into the quote log
- Ensure acknowledgment is given to sales/customer with a planned quote submission date (within 24 hours)
- Submit accurate quotes as per the planned quote submission date (On-time Performance)
- Update MIS reports related to bid management and analysis
- Review and hand over clean Purchase Orders to Order and Project Management Teams

- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and influencing skills
- Customer-focused with highly skilled communication abilities
- Strong planning skills to handle multiple projects and priorities
- Commercial and financial acumen with a full understanding of business impact

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering with 0 – 2 years of industry experience
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Good English communication skills (written & verbal)

 Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the actuator, controls & instrumentation industry
